Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects to deliver actionable business insights, operational improvements, and measurable results for Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS). We partner closely with Product, Technology, Supply Chain, Sales, and Partnership teams to provide innovative solutions that support third-party sellers and business operations. What You'll Do Analyze and Execute Business Plans: Lead the execution of key business initiatives by identifying operational needs, setting priorities, and collaborating across teams to meet goals and deliver value. Generate Actionable Insights: Extract, analyze, and interpret data using SQL, Python, and other tools to provide insights that drive decision-making for speed-to-customer and cost-to-serve metrics. Enhance Process Efficiency: Drive continuous improvement by reviewing current processes and identifying optimization opportunities that improve operational performance. Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Tech, Supply Chain, Sales, and Partnerships teams to align strategies and solutions. Adapt to Change: Lead transition efforts for new initiatives, identifying challenges, assessing risks, and ensuring smooth implementation across the organization.

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel to process large datasets and deliver actionable business insights.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: A proven ability to synthesize data and research into meaningful outcomes that drive speed-to-customer and cost-to-serve efficiency.
  • Project & Change Management: Experience managing multiple dynamic projects in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adjust approaches and communicate changes effectively.
  • Leadership Potential: While this role is an individual contributor position, you demonstrate the ability to collaborate with and influence others to achieve goals, and there may be future opportunities to lead a team.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to work cross-functionally, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and align teams on shared objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, insights, or analytics roles.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, and other data analysis tools.
  • Experience in eCommerce, supply chain, or fulfillment operations is a plus.
