About The Position

We are looking for a talented Senior Manager to support the ideation, development, and optimization of Walmart+ Shipping & Delivery benefits. This individual should be a strong collaborator who is adaptable, strategic, and combines a member-first mindset with critical thinking and a bias for action to quickly drive results for our members and for the business. About the team: Walmart+ is a membership program that brings together valuable in-store and digital benefits like no other retailer can. With benefits such as Free delivery from your store, Free shipping with no order minimum, Early access to deals, Member prices on fuel and Mobile scan & go , Walmart+ helps our members save time & money. The Member Benefits Strategy & Development team is accountable for driving membership growth by expanding the Walmart+ value proposition through the creation of new member benefits and offers. What you'll do... Support Shipping & Delivery benefits from ideation through launch and optimization. Triangulate member needs, competitive landscape, internal capabilities, and data to identify opportunities and build business cases for new benefits & enhancements. Partner with relevant parties (i.e. eCommerce, Operations, Product, Finance, Consumer Insights & Data teams) to build, execute, and evaluate new benefits and enhancements. Analyze business metrics and member behavior to identify opportunities for benefit enhancements. Drive continuous optimization of existing benefits by identifying areas of opportunity and securing buy-in from key partners and leadership to further pursue. Identify, address, and communicate member benefit impact of enterprise eCommerce changes with cross-functional partners. What you'll bring: 4+ years of experience leading complex consumer-facing business programs from ideation through launch and optimization Accomplished with problem structuring and solving and building thoughtful business cases & strategies Experienced driving results in a large matrixed organization. Excellent cross-functional team collaboration and leadership Strategic ownership and execution; always curious and taking ownership to improve Skilled at navigating ambiguity and uncertainty in dynamic environments Experienced turning data and customer insights into actionable recommendations Comfortable with executive-level communication

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience leading complex consumer-facing business programs from ideation through launch and optimization
  • Accomplished with problem structuring and solving and building thoughtful business cases & strategies
  • Experienced driving results in a large matrixed organization. Excellent cross-functional team collaboration and leadership
  • Strategic ownership and execution; always curious and taking ownership to improve
  • Skilled at navigating ambiguity and uncertainty in dynamic environments
  • Experienced turning data and customer insights into actionable recommendations
  • Comfortable with executive-level communication
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 4 years' experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
