About The Position

The Senior Manager, Business Operations, Facilities, and Real Estates conducts business and strategic analyses, including the identification of solution alternatives and determines recommendations for strategic initiatives throughout the Facilities and Real Estate department. In addition, this role leads conversations with product line and health plan senior leadership towards their business strategy and expectations as it relates to facilities and real estate as well as manages the overall performance of the business operations staff. Develop and implement new strategies on system implementation including workflow, process improvement, and functionality. Manage organizational performance through support level monitoring and balancing customer expectations. Ensure departmental deliverables related to facilities and real estate support, including portfolio strategy and project execution. Lead cross-team project collaboration between department entities and other support groups within the organization and fulfill ad-hoc requests for support from product line and health plan leadership. Lead teams to measure processes and recommend refinements based on evaluation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Management, Program/Project Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of facilities operations experience.
  • Prior experience leading cross-functional teams on large scale projects.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience, including managing staff performance.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time including overnight and out of state travel.
