We are seeking a Senior Manager of Business & Functional Training to lead the strategy, design, and execution of operations and functional training programs that enable business performance, ensure compliance, and accelerate new business launches. This role plays a critical leadership role in equipping our workforce with the skills, knowledge, and tools they need to succeed—through modern, innovative, and engaging learning experiences that drive measurable results. This role directly enables business performance, compliance, and successful growth. You will shape how our people learn, perform, and adapt to future demands and opportunities. This role will oversee end-to-end training solutions across business operations, functional capabilities, compliance programs, and enterprise initiatives tied to new products, services, or business models. The Senior Manager will partner closely with senior leaders, functional stakeholders, compliance partners, and subject matter experts to ensure training is aligned with business priorities and operational realities.
