Senior Manager, Business Development - Capital One Software (Remote) Summary: As a Senior Manager, Business Development at Capital One, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. General Responsibilities: Operational Rhythm & Accountability (ROB, Guidance): Own and Drive the Sales Rhythm of Business (ROB), specifically designing and running mechanisms for pipeline reviews, forecasting, and operational sales team performance. Develop actionable insights and mechanisms to guide the sales team and build accountability. Strategic Sales Planning & Influence: Manage and bring incentive ideas to the table for the sales team, partnering with the Sales Operations Lead, Sales Leadership, and Finance, on the design and implementation of effective territory structures and compensation plans. Process Excellence & Seller Experience: Focus on automation and simplification—leading changes autonomously to streamline processes and look to automate manual workflows. Enhance the seller experience while influencing a positive customer lifecycle/buying journey. Data, Insights, and Technology Partnership: Build out Salesforce dashboards and reports to effectively support the business, using research and data to drive decisions. Partner with the RevTech leader and Enablement to ensure CRM data integrity, adoption, and championing the selection and optimization of the sales tech stack. The ideal candidate is: Trusted to make difficult decisions within their role and area. Knows where the greatest leverage is in their work and consistently manages to that. Creates patterns and shares with a larger group for adoption. Consistently able to structure an approach to solve any problem10. Able to lead initiatives under high levels of ambiguity and noise. Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2 years of experience in Business analysis

Nice To Haves

  • Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
  • 5 years of experience in Business analysis
  • 2 years of experience in Sales
