What you'll do: Lead the end-to-end renewal process for Scintilla Charter subscribers, developing tailored retention strategies for each account. Proactively engage with subscribers 6–12 months prior to contract expiration to assess satisfaction, identify evolving needs, and communicate value delivered. Structure, negotiate, and close renewal agreements, ensuring terms align with business objectives and client requirements. Collaborate with Account Management, the Solutions Consulting team, and Research Leads – along with Product and Legal teams, to resolve issues and align renewal offerings. Analyze subscriber usage data, feedback, and market trends to inform renewal strategies and identify upsell opportunities. Develop and maintain renewal forecasts, pipeline metrics, and reporting to inform leadership and support business planning. Serve as a subject matter expert on Scintilla Charter offerings and advocate for subscriber needs internally. Maintain accurate records of all renewal activities in CRM (Salesforce) and contract management systems. What you'll bring: (preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in account management, renewals, business development, or related client-facing roles—preferably in SaaS, data analytics, or enterprise B2B environments. Demonstrated success in contract negotiation and renewal management for complex, high-value accounts. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with usage and performance data. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and navigate cross-functional environments. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and contract management platforms.
