About The Position

Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The company's R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding Revolutionaries in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. Join the Business and R&D Operations team - the connective hub driving organizational efficiency and capacity at Revolution Medicines. We build the infrastructure, processes, and information flows that help teams work smarter and more collaboratively. Requirements

  • BS/BA in a relevant scientific field with 5+ years of experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical organization.
  • Self-starter, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work on time.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Energetic, adaptable team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in project management or operations.
  • Proven ability to perform under tight timelines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with Visio, Lucidchart, or Office Timeline Pro.
  • Experience with project/resource management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Coda) and/or data visualization platforms (e.g., QlikView, Spotfire, Tableau).
