About The Position
The Senior Manager, Business Analytics is a key contributor on the Centralized Operations team, who will focus on using analytics and reporting to identify areas for improvement in various operations processes, workflows, and KPI's. This role involves ideating, developing, and demonstrating the value of new initiatives across centralized and field operations, as well as partnering with other departments within the organization on cross-departmental initiatives, financial and operational reporting, technology enhancements, budgeting, and other support functions. The position requires improving data and reporting quality, creating complex financial models and operational reports primarily in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, and collaborating with the operations reporting team to enhance report quality and data integrity. The Senior Manager will also conduct detailed analyses to identify underperforming markets on key metrics, develop and track KPIs to measure portfolio health, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership supported by data-driven insights. Additionally, the role involves developing and executing strategic plans to improve performance, leading or supporting special projects, and working closely with various departments to ensure data accuracy and support financial reporting.
