About The Position
In this highly impactful role, you will lead a group of four individual contributors responsible for accurately forecasting client rebates and producing rebate impact analysis to adjustment existing rebate guarantees. You will work closely alongside a second Senior Manager to drive departmental strategy, manage workflows, improve processes and overall team development with limited oversight. In this role you will be overseeing the rebate forecasting analysis and support for both Caremark legacy system as well as PUMA ecosystem. You will be a point of contact for internal account, underwriting and trade teams to support the full underwriting financial picture by consulting on rebate offerings and strategy. You will also manage specific workstreams such as rebate guarantee adjustments and analysis, downstream client offers and underwrite rebate utility clients.
