In this position, you will play a vital role in driving the strategic direction of Supply Chain data and analytics across Ansell. As part of the BI & Analytics organization within IT, you will define and execute a data and analytics roadmap that aligns technology with supply chain business priorities, while establishing strong data governance standards. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring the ability to influence across functions and deliver transformational, insight-driven outcomes. You will partner closely with Planning, Logistics, and Sourcing teams to architect and implement robust BI, advanced analytics, and AI/ML solutions that enable data-driven decision-making, improve productivity, and drive business growth across the global Supply Chain organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Data & Analytics, including at least 3 years in a people or project leadership role
  • Deep expertise in Supply Chain domains including demand and supply planning, forecasting, logistics, and sourcing
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional, enterprise-level BI and data initiatives
  • Strong understanding of enterprise BI platforms such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Qlik Sense, or similar tools
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into analytical and technical solutions
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align analytics with strategic objectives
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Experience promoting analytics adoption and data-driven decision making

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Qlik Sense, or other BI platforms a plus!
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps delivery methodologies a major plus!
  • Exposure to ERP platforms such as Oracle EBS, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 great to have!

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted analytics advisor to Supply Chain stakeholders across Planning, Logistics, and Sourcing
  • Define, prioritize, and translate supply chain analytics needs into scalable data and BI solutions
  • Develop and execute a Supply Chain data and analytics roadmap aligned to business objectives
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics, BI, and AI/ML initiatives, from requirements through implementation
  • Define and standardize Supply Chain KPIs and performance metrics
  • Architect and deliver solutions using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Qlik Sense, and advanced analytics platforms
  • Embed analytics into core supply chain processes to enable actionable, real-time decision making
  • Promote adoption of analytics and a data-driven culture across the Supply Chain organization
  • Establish and oversee data governance processes to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and compliance
  • Monitor usage, adoption, and value realization of Supply Chain BI and analytics applications
  • Lead stakeholder communications, updates, and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with BI & Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams to deliver timely, high-impact solutions
