About The Position

The Senior Manager, Business Analysis & Insights - Earnings Product Lifecycle leads data-driven strategy development by translating complex analytics into actionable business recommendations. This role partners cross-functionally to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and drive execution of initiatives that improve efficiency, profitability, and customer outcomes. The position plays a critical role in shaping short- and long-term business strategies through insight-led decision-making. About the Independent Contractor (Spark Driver) Earnings Team Our team is responsible for the seamless calculation, disbursement, and reporting of independent contractor earnings worldwide. We operate with a focus on compliance, data integrity, and continuous improvement, directly impacting both company performance and the experience of our global contractor network. This role is pivotal in setting best practices and driving operational rigor across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering business analysis and insights that drive measurable financial or operational outcomes.
• Strong ability to assess performance, evaluate tradeoffs, and recommend data backed solutions.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross functional initiatives and influencing without authority.
• Experience partnering with Product and Technology teams to deliver scalable, well governed solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
• 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Spark Operations to assess end-to-end processes, systems, and data flows, identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation, and simplification.
• Serve as the business owner for Spark system and automation initiatives, leading intake, prioritization, delivery, and postimplementation stabilization.
• Define current state and future state processes aligned to Spark Earnings Excellence objectives.
• Translate business needs into clear, auditable requirements and acceptance criteria that meet regulatory and internal control standards.
