About The Position

The Senior Manager, Brand Strategy at Zebra will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive global brand strategy. This role is crucial for ensuring consistent brand representation across all platforms, driving audience engagement, and supporting business growth. The position involves managing a small team within the in-house Brand and Creative team, focusing on aligning brand strategy with business goals and fostering the growth of the Zebra brand.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Business or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years brand and content experience preferably with SaaS, software, technology organizations
  • Able to travel 25-30% in the US

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive content and brand strategy that drives marketing objectives and increases brand awareness across multiple platforms.
  • Define strategic priorities and create roadmaps that influence the evolution and extension of the brand.
  • Oversee brand health metrics and assess the brand's impact on business success.
  • Leverage analytics and audience data to optimize content and brand strategies.
  • Lead quarterly brand reporting and performance reviews, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Product Management leaders to align brand strategy with broader business objectives.
  • Lead brand training, workshops, and enablement programs for teams across the organization.
  • Work closely with paid and organic social media teams to leverage platforms effectively.
  • Oversee valuation research and maximize ambassador opportunities in sponsorship and partnership strategies.
