The Senior Manager Brand & Marketing, Store Brands will work with the Brand & Marketing Director to develop and execute Brand Activation plans and projects which are tied to delivery of Sales/EBIT/penetration goals for the Store Brands (SB) portfolio. This individual will be an integral partner within the Store Brands organization, key to bringing to life and driving demand for our brands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Advertising.
  • Min. 2-3 yrs experience in Marketing/Brand or related experience.
  • Self-motivated, highly flexible and takes the initiative to do what’s needed.
  • Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative and able to work across diverse organizations and roles.
  • Ability to problem solve and bring solutions to the table.
  • Ability to prioritize and have strong time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Financially and commercially astute.
  • MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with both internal and external partners to create and deliver activation plans that are consistent with the brand position and consumer target to deliver fiscal year business and financial goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and agencies to implement marketing plans using KPIs to evaluate effectiveness of tactics including owned, earned and sometimes paid media.
  • Engage with FS Marketing, Corp Comms, Product Development, SG&I team and other cross-functional partners on a weekly basis.
  • Provide product recommendations, product information, marketing assets and legally and clinically approved materials.
  • Work closely with the digital team in development of enhanced content for SB products on cvs.com.
  • Build brand ambassadorship both internally and externally through programs, education and sampling.
  • Manage the creative process from kick off to finalization of all campaign assets.
  • Collaborate in bi-weekly meetings with multiple Category managers on activation strategy that supports overall brand position.
  • Lead and deliver special projects as per agreed milestones/timelines with high quality.
  • Proactively influence across all customer touch points by working with internal partners to gain alignment on SB marketing executions.
  • Partner with Director to estimate, forecast and secure budget dollars to execute activation programs.
