As a senior manager, brand communications, you will be responsible for leading and executing external communications plans that elevate Starbucks brand and culture partnerships, brand campaigns, and Starbucks cultural and marketing strategies. As a senior manager in brand communications, you will… · Create and drive external communications plans for Starbucks brand and culture partnerships that span entertainment, music and fashion. You will serve as the external communications lead on large cross-functional team that include marketing, social media, paid and owned channel teams. · Develop and execute annual communication plan that amplifies the brand and marketing work as part of Back to Starbucks. Partner with cross functional teams such as advertising, experiential marketing, product, and business strategy to identify and land feature stories with media and support thought leadership. · Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate ambiguity while leading an agency team and driving the comms plans within a large organization – all while acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
