Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in traditional media relations.
  • Proven success creating and executing integrated influencer, social, and media engagement strategies.
  • Demonstrated curiosity about emerging technologies and willingness to grow AI proficiency.
  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling messages.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Self-starter who manages multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.
  • Track record of driving measurable results through communication strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, customers, partners, and media.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of high-impact media strategies tied to product launches and brand campaigns.
  • Identify and support company and external spokespeople who bring authenticity and credibility to our stories.
  • Create engaging storylines, news angles, and contributed content beyond standard press releases.
  • Develop messaging and talking points that highlight product differentiation and align across teams.
  • Manage the company's online press room and ensure content is current and accessible, leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Produce clear and compelling content that translates technical information into engaging consumer narratives.
  • Plan and execute immersive media events that capture attention and elevate brand visibility.
  • Build and manage PR brand plans and budgets that grow awareness among journalists, editors, and influencers through media visits, activations, trade shows, and events.
  • Lead and manage agency relationships to drive aligned, cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Measure and report campaign performance with actionable insights and regular updates.
  • Provide strategic communications counsel across commercial teams in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Oversee multiple external partners, including PR and advertising agencies, event producers, and creative vendors.
