About The Position

Why This Role Matters The Senior Brand and Marketing Leader will be responsible for owning and overseeing the annual and long-term brand strategy, managing marketing and IMC campaigns, and driving brand growth through effective consumer engagement and promotional sales calendar. This role involves extensive collaboration with internal stakeholders, aligning brand and marketing strategies and tactics, commercial and promotional strategies and calendars, consumer and customer insights, managing budgets, and ensuring execution with excellence across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset, financial and business acumen, strong analytical skills, and experience leading cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, sales strategy, or promotional management.
  • Proven track record in leading strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth and managing budgets effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with experience in forecasting, business case development, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in working with technology and data analytics tools.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present strategies and results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual and long-term brand strategies that will elevate Pampered Chef brand awareness, consideration, and amplify the customer experience and journey to sales.
  • Create meaningful marketing campaigns that enhance brand equity and effectiveness and drive consumer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the go-to-market plans in partnership with digital, social, and field channel teams to identify new customers and growth opportunities.
  • Manage all brand, marketing, and promotional budgets across all channels, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  • Create partnership programs that position our brand as a leader in cause-marketing-driven initiatives while managing all charitable relationships and programs, as well as any future brand opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams that include consumer insights, finance, analytics, R&D, supply chain, and Tech teams across various commercial initiatives such as marketing plans, capacity and demand planning, pricing and promo plans, innovation, sales, and category stories.
  • Coach, mentor, and lead 3 team members.
