Responsible for creating a prioritization framework for project work aligning with LT strategy. Partner with business leaders to build annual plans to support upstream work. Leading vetting of new incoming work from upstream partners. Support postmortem analysis of implementations to understand impact to financial and operating KPIs. This is a Hybrid position requiring a minimum of 2 days per week onsite at the Lake Forest or Chicago, IL Grainger offices.
