The Senior Manager of the Invoicing & Dispute Resolution team is responsible for ensuring first time invoice accuracy, efficient issue resolution, and advertiser satisfaction while protecting recognized/ billed revenue. This role leads a team of both onshore and offshore associates who manage the full invoicing lifecycle from billing generation through dispute resolution. This role serves as a key liaison between other RCM leads, sales, client services, finance and product teams to carry out a seamless billing experience. This position is expected to combine operational rigor, analytical mindset and strong cross-functional communication to deliver a seamless billing experience that is accurate, compliant and scalable. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.
