About The Position
The Sr. Manager of Benefits and Payroll oversees the strategy and administration of employee benefit programs and payroll processes for Kao North America (US and Canada). You will help ensure that employee Benefits and Payroll are handled compliantly, and in a way that supports employee satisfaction and our goals. You will ensure benefit plans are competitive and operationally compliant, creating strategy, examining costs, and managing external vendor relationships. You will manage payroll processing for the US and Canada. You will direct the work of the Sr Benefits Analyst, Benefits Analyst II, Benefits ERISA Consultant, Payroll Lead, Payroll Specialist and Canada Payroll Specialist (dotted-line report).
