As Senior Manager, Benefits and Wellbeing, you will lead key initiatives within Walmart’s Absence Management team. You’ll be responsible for aligning both internal & external technology integrations and systems optimization for Absence, Disability, PTO, PFML, and Accommodations, shaping the future of benefits and absence programs for over a million associates.
