About The Position

The Advanced Engineering team is seeking a proven senior leader to drive the optimization and deployment of supply chain forklift power and energy solutions across automated and legacy facilities. The Senior Manager will lead complex initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring scalable, reliable, and cost effective power solutions that support distribution center operations. This position requires the ability to analyze complex systems, plan and execute multi year programs, and collaborate across technical, operational, and vendor partners to deliver safe and reliable power solutions. Success in this role depends on strong execution discipline, comfort operating in ambiguous environments, and the ability to translate technical solutions into tangible business value. This is an onsite role based at our state-of-the-art Home Office in Bentonville, Arkansas. We are not considering remote applicants, but a full relocation package is available.

Requirements

  • Experience with forklift power systems or related energy technologies
  • Demonstrated experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) within distribution centers or large-scale industrial environments
  • Experience developing and using TCO, NPV, or ROI models to support capital investment decisions
  • Strong working knowledge of safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements in industrial or energy-related environments
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 4 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
  • Option 2: 6 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.
