Requirements

• Extensive experience in audit management, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation across global operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop audit teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Strong expertise in internal auditing practices and compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Skilled in identifying process deficiencies and applying advanced data analysis to improve controls and efficiencies.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present audit findings and collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area.
• 1 year’s supervisory experience.

• Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to define audit scope, objectives, and resource allocation.
• Evaluate control design and effectiveness through detailed testing and advanced data analysis.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with internal standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and sharing best practices across global audit teams.
