Are you ready to drive impactful change and lead audit initiatives at the Fortune one? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Audit to join our dynamic team. About the Health & Wellness Pharmacy Audit Team This position will report to the Director of Billing and sit in our Bentonville, AR offices. The Health & Wellness Pharmacy Audit Team at Walmart is dedicated to ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of our billing operations within the Health & Wellness division. Our team partners with stakeholders across pharmacy, billing, compliance, legal, quality, and operations to proactively identify risks, assess internal controls, and drive continuous improvement in billing processes. We leverage analytics and industry best practices to conduct comprehensive audits, uncover process gaps, and recommend actionable solutions that support regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Our collaborative approach fosters a culture of transparency, accountability, and innovation, empowering us to safeguard Walmart’s reputation and financial health while supporting the well-being of our customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in audit management, risk assessment, and process improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to ethics, integrity, and continuous learning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area.
• 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of multiple business plans and projects, identifying customer and operational needs, and developing actionable business priorities.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop associates, fostering a team-based environment and promoting a culture of belonging and continuous learning.
• Drive the global audit framework and planning, collaborating with executive leadership to define goals, metrics, and audit types, and sharing best practices across global teams.
• Assign and direct audit staff in validating control design and effectiveness, identifying process deficiencies, and performing advanced data analysis.
• Manage global audit projects, developing cross-functional plans, partnering with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and successful project completion.
• Drive efficiencies in the audit process by recognizing automation opportunities and creating common methodologies.
• Communicate audit information to senior leadership, preparing reports, presentations, and recommendations, and ensuring alignment with internal audit standards.
