The Senior Manager’s top priority is to ensure efficient and accurate audit practices across multiple offices while also establishing and encouraging a collaborative team environment. Oversee and ensure the effective operations and performance of our audit teams to lead a team of managers and supervisors that support 50+ associates. Instill a culture of outstanding customer service and accountability. Manage escalated and difficult/sensitive audit cases. Demonstrate highly effective communication, initiative and problem solving. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders cross functionally. Proactively analyze and prepare statistically backed plans to ensure staffing levels and workflow.
