As Sr. Manager of Asset Protection, you will join forces with the Director of Corporate Safety and Security to head up workplace security programs for our entire US Operations! You will develop and manage programs and teams to promote HelloFresh's vision, inspire change, improve on asset protection, and promote a safe and secure environment!

Requirements

• Prefer a Bachelor's degree in Business, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate security management or minimum of 5 years as a member of a security team with a major corporation or Fortune 500 company.
• Completion of a recognized security certification is a plus. Examples include: Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), Professional Certified Investigator (PCI).
• Experience working with and managing security systems (video- axis, access control systems- Lenel) at large facilities.
• Experience designing security for new buildings or facilities, to include placement of access control systems, cameras, visitor management systems and conducting risk assessments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Google app (Gmail, drive, sheets).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and management of the corporate physical security operations and programs.
• Partner with the other HQ teams as it relates to protective services, investigation and technology.
• Reduce security risks, design and implement programs to prevent loss of our assets while optimizing costs.
• Provide consulting support to the Director of Safety and Security and Operations Management regarding appropriate and necessary improvements or enhancements to their facilities.
• Provide guidance to the corporate security staff (guard services) in identifying, developing and implementing security processes across HelloFresh to reduce risks, respond to incidents, and limit exposure to the company.
• Ensure proper vendor identification, bidding, and budgeting to support the security programs.
• Develop preventative programs to protect against crime against persons, threats, emergencies, illegal acts, and property.
• Develop relationships with law enforcement, international security agencies, and private sector counterparts.
• Develop security awareness, communication, and education for all HelloFresh locations and team members.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Use continuous improvement principles to identify ways to improve our processes and results.
