About The Position

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Manager supporting our organized retail crime (ORC) investigations team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of investigators that mitigate ORC fraud and loss throughout all Walmart U.S. stores. This role will also evaluate new and evolving methods of fraud and collaborate with business partners to develop prevention strategies. This role will be based at the Home Office campus in Northwest Arkansas. What you'll do... Investigate various levels of ORC activity, including sophisticated criminal networks. Analyze datasets to identify trends, enabling proactive monitoring and data-driven investigations. Conduct briefings with senior Asset Protection leadership on investigation findings. Collaborate with AP Hub, cross-functional leaders, and external business partners to drive remediation efforts based on investigation intelligence. Support AP Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) operations during incidents and activations. Requirements

  • Extensive background with fraud prevention, risk mitigation, and ORC investigations.
  • Know retail operations inside and out.
  • Proven track record with ORC investigations.
  • Experience with leveraging multiple datasets to identify fraud and loss patterns.
  • Skilled leader who can develop talent, drive an engaging working environment, and has led teams to exceeding goals.
  • Can build and foster strong relationships with internal business partners, senior leadership, law enforcement agencies, and other industry professionals.
  • Organized, disciplined, and can execute multiple arms of a strategy simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Production/Operations Management, or related field and 4 years’ experience in asset protection, global security, auditing, program management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in asset protection, global security, auditing, program management, or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.
