About The Position
Ellucian is seeking to hire a highly motivated Senior Manager, Applications Management to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Certinia (formerly FinancialForce PSA) platform. In this dual role as a Product Owner and Business Partner, you will manage the existing Certinia platform (in collaboration with the existing Salesforce platform owner), ensuring it meets business needs while effectively handling product backlogs, prioritization, sprint planning, and overseeing Certinia platform administration. You will lead and mentor a team to drive improvements for platform enhancements and user experience. You will be accountable for optimizing the platform's functionality and alignment with business goals while supporting ongoing issues in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
