About The Position

Join the SOPHiA GENETICS Application Product Management Team as a Senior Manager / Associate Director for our Rare & Inherited Disease portfolio of Hereditary Cancer & Pharmacogenomic applications, and enable us to make a positive impact on the outcomes for cancer and rare disease patients worldwide. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Application Product Management, you will help lead the strategic direction and execution for Rare Disease product lines. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success in a competitive market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in diagnostics or healthcare.
  • Experience with Hereditary cancer and PGx applications and Rare Disease portfolios is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • BSc, MSc, or equivalent in a relevant scientific or technical field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch for Small & Targeted Panels across hereditary cancer and PGx applications.
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and market needs.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
  • Drive product positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and R&D for successful product development and commercialization.
