About The Position

The mission of the Digital Commerce division is to deliver seamless, innovative, and customer-centric digital shopping experiences. ARITZIA is growing and our App team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering against the Aritzia Digital Commerce and App mission. You will play a pivotal role in proactively driving the App business, monitoring performance, and collaborating cross - functionally between other Digital Commerce sales channels ( i.e., Website, Retail, and Concierge), and other stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Product, etc.,) to drive results. As the Senior Manager, App, you will support the team to: Help establish the App’s long-term vision, strategy and roadmap that fuels our digital commerce omni business. Deliver and enable customer-centric App experiences that fuel long-term, profitable business growth. Manage and action on App sales opportunities, as well as drive cross-functional initiatives to increase sales and profitability. Measure, analyze , and action on App sales channel performance. Work with business support and cross-functional partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day channel operations in support of corporate objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven skills, education and/or experience in eCommerce/ Apps, with prior experience in a role directly accountable for business performance and sales
  • Proven experience leading successful eCommerce/ App initiatives and driving customer and business value
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively across matrixed teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and action on data-driven decisions
  • Strong influencing and communication skills
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business & People Leadership principles
  • An understanding and passion for the Retail/ Fashion industry
