As part of this mission, our Fan Ecosystem team plays a critical role in driving customer engagement and lifetime value across the Fanatics ecosystem. We are seeking a Senior Manager, App Strategy & Operations – Games & Engagement to own the commercial strategy for free-to-play games and daily engagement within the Fanatics app. This is a high-impact role for a commercially-minded operator who knows how to drive app adoption and deepen user engagement, turning customer insights and market trends into initiatives that deliver measurable business results. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in free-to-play games and multi-proposition app ecosystems, a strong grasp of app engagement mechanics, and a track record of executing go-to-market strategies in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
