About The Position

We are seeking an experienced operational leader who combines people leadership with structured problem solving and systems thinking. In this role, you will oversee a team focused on app review operations, supporting developers, and partnering cross functionally. You will drive engagement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement through curiosity, data informed insight, and a focus on impact. You will collaborate across Apple to evolve how tools and technology, including automation and AI, support quality, scale, and service, while keeping the human experience at the center.

Requirements

• 8 or more years leading large scale operational teams in high volume environments.
• Experience developing and managing teams.
• Experience in supporting developers, policy enforcement, developer relations, or trust and safety domains.
