Responsibilities

  • Deliver robust analytics outputs that meet statistical requirements and make business sense.
  • Deliver a project on time to Gain Theory's high standards.
  • Manage a project effectively to ensure that revenue targets are met, and profit margins are not compromised.
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts.
  • Provide clear, direct and supportive feedback.
  • Build presentations and generate actionable insights.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with clients and be an ambassador for the Gain Theory brand.
  • Create marketing content, develop products & services, and support the development of Gain Theory analysts.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate a high degree of curiosity and investigation into why things work in a particular way.
  • Prepare to discuss a topic within analytics or business questions during the interview.
  • Experience in data extraction, manipulation, analysis, and validation.
  • Ability to manage data collection and oversee junior team members.
  • Expertise in model building, validation, and media optimization.
  • Strong understanding of Bayesian and Frequentist approaches in econometrics.
  • Ability to generate insights and ensure accuracy in presentations.
  • Experience in project management and resource allocation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a diverse team.

  • Proficiency with technology and programming languages.
  • Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
