We are looking for a talented Senior Manager, Analytics & Solutions, to join our team specializing in Global Sales for our Corporate unit in Columbus, IN. Job Summary: Leads and manages implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) strategies that support operational improvement. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Develop a deep understanding of the business to accurately identify BI needs and ensure analytics directly support strategic decision‑making. Partner closely with functional stakeholders to implement BI strategies that enhance end‑user insights and elevate the quality of operational and commercial decisions. Build and maintain a clear, forward‑looking roadmap for BI deliverables, ensuring alignment with business priorities and evolving data needs. Lead the BI team to provide timely, accurate, and high‑quality analytical support, while continuously strengthening technical expertise and awareness of emerging BI innovations. Translate customer perspectives and business requirements into meaningful BI content—standardized KPIs, global dashboards, and custom analytics—that improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Oversee the full lifecycle of BI tools and processes by developing structured project and implementation plans covering development, testing, deployment, adoption, and long‑term maintenance. Coach team members on effective data storytelling and visualization, ensuring insights are communicated clearly, interpreted correctly, and delivered to the right audiences across the business. Manage internal and external BI service providers, serve as the primary contact for regional leader feedback, and build a high‑performing BI team through strong leadership, mentoring, and development
