Senior Manager, AMS West Delivery We are looking for a Senior Manager, AMS West Delivery P rofessional Services to join our WW Professional Services team, reporting to the Senior Director of Global Professional Services. In this remote role, you will lead a group of Professional Services Consultants and Resident Engineers, work with our customers to implement Infoblox solutions to meet their use cases and work closely with Infoblox sales teams to position services in the sales cycle. You will also drive processes and improvements in our project delivery, increase efficiency, and improve productivity. You are the ideal candidate if you are a creative self-starter who is passionate about leading successful teams and pays close attention to detail. You are innovative, organized, detail-oriented, and efficient while adapting to changing priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading a regional Professional Services team of 10+members
  • Proven track record of working closely with regional sales teams to participate in the sales cycle and identify expansion opportunities withexisting customers.
  • Proven experience scaling regional Professional Services teams to improve operational cadence, project time to value and success rate.
  • Strong customer facing skills. Ability to lead customers to success and to handle escalations.
  • Proven experience working closely with implementation partners enabling them on the technology and on implementation best practices
  • Ability to build and forge strong relationships and trust with Infoblox stakeholders across multiple organizations.
  • Exceptional communication skills – Able to prepare and present complex ideas in a comprehensive and clear way to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Self-sufficient – capable of driving customers and internal resources through risks, issues, challenges and delays with minimal escalations.
  • Demonstrated a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in high pressure environment and prioritize short term tactical projects and long-term strategic goals.
  • Technical background in one or more of the following: data, analytics, networking, security, and software development.
  • A bachelor’s degree or greater from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
  • Located in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Professional Services professional services consultants and resident engineers as they partner with customers to implement Infoblox solutions, ensuring high-quality performance and customer satisfaction and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, ensure satisfaction, and meet expectations
  • Act as primary contact for internal stakeholders, including Account teams and Professional Services management to share project status and regional metrics reporting. You will also oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Work closely with the Sales team as part of the sales cycle to scope engagements and position Professional Services engagements
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Serve as an escalation point for customers and Account teams
  • Attend weekly scheduled Professional Services and regional sales leadership meeting
