Firebolt is looking for a dynamic Senior Manager, Americas Marketing to lead our marketing efforts across the US and broader Americas region. You'll be the strategic driver of how Firebolt shows up in the market - shaping demand, awareness, and engagement through a blend of field programs, events, and integrated campaigns. This is both a leadership and execution role. You'll define and own the regional marketing strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver exceptional experiences - from executive dinners to large-scale industry activations. You'll work closely with our global marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure our brand and message resonate deeply with the audiences that matter most. We're looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and precision - a marketer who can think big, move fast, and execute flawlessly.

  • Own the Americas marketing strategy and plan, aligning with global marketing and sales leadership to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
  • Design and execute high-impact field marketing programs - including executive events, trade shows, roadshows, and regional campaigns.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives, collaborating with product marketing, demand generation, and content teams to localize and amplify global programs.
  • Manage event strategy and logistics end-to-end, ensuring world-class execution and on-brand experiences.
  • Develop and manage regional partnerships - with industry associations, tech ecosystem partners, and event organizers.
  • Track performance and ROI of all regional programs, optimizing continuously for pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Be the voice of the Americas in marketing, bringing regional insights, trends, and customer feedback to global planning.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, including significant time in field, regional, or integrated marketing roles within B2B SaaS or technology.
  • Proven success building and executing regional go-to-market and event strategies that drive measurable impact.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of balancing multiple programs with precision and creativity.
  • A confident, persuasive communicator - comfortable engaging with executives, customers, and partners alike.
  • Strategic mindset with a "no task too small" attitude; equally adept at leading planning discussions and running point on event logistics.
  • Based in the Bay Area
  • Experience in the AI, data infra technologies highly desirable.
