We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Amazon to own and accelerate growth across our Amazon marketplace presence. This role is responsible for driving channel strategy, optimizing conversion, and scaling sales performance through expert management of the Amazon ecosystem—from product listings and content to promotions, bundling, operations, and analytics. This is a high-impact role within a fast-growing brand, with meaningful runway to shape how the Amazon business evolves. You’ll have end-to-end ownership of the channel, with the autonomy to test new ideas, move quickly, and build what doesn’t yet exist. You’ll be our in-house Amazon authority—partnering closely with Growth, Creative, and Operations to drive marketplace excellence and ensure Cocolab shows up as powerfully on Amazon as we do everywhere else. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous, growth-stage environments and is energized by scrappy execution, experimentation, and making things happen. Success in this role looks like: Revenue growth and margin health across Amazon meet or exceed plan. Product pages are consistently optimized for conversion, discoverability, and brand alignment. Bundles, pricing, and promotions are strategic, competitive, and cohesive with DTC efforts. Customer insights, performance data, and reviews inform cross-functional strategy. Strong collaboration and communication ensure operational precision and brand consistency. Validated growth opportunities are converted into scalable, operationalized business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing Amazon for a CPG brand in-house or via an agency (preferably in wellness, oral care, supplements, wellbeing, etc. ).
  • Proven track record driving growth, conversion, and profitability on Amazon.
  • Deep understanding of Seller Central, FBA/FBM operations, and Amazon Ads.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day performance and long-term strategy for Cocolab’s Amazon marketplace.
  • Act as primary point of contact and relationship owner for Amazon agency, setting priorities and performance expectations.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue, improve conversion, and strengthen brand presence.
  • Partner with Paid, Retention, and Ecommerce leads to align campaigns, promotions, and messaging.
  • Manage product assortment, pricing strategy, and bundling to optimize category position and profitability.
  • Ensure all brand and creative standards are upheld across product listings, storefronts, and A+ content
  • Lead listing optimization (SEO, copy, imagery, video, reviews, and content testing) to maximize conversion and visibility.
  • Monitor key metrics including ROAS, TACOS, share of voice, buy box performance, and inventory health.
  • Translate insights from data and consumer feedback into actionable improvements.
  • Partner with Amazon agency to inform ad strategy and budget allocation for Amazon campaigns.
  • Partner with Operations on inventory forecasting, fulfillment, and demand planning to avoid stockouts and overages.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Product Marketing to plan product launches and seasonal campaigns on Amazon.
  • Work closely with Finance to monitor P&L, reconcile fees, and manage channel profitability.
  • Coordinate with Customer Experience to manage ratings, reviews, and service escalations.
  • Test and scale new programs (bundles, Subscribe & Save, influencer storefronts, etc.) to enhance performance.
  • Stay current on Amazon trends, category changes, and algorithm updates.
  • Develop and implement best practices for marketplace operations and growth.
