We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager to lead the design and development of AI agents, microservices, and enterprise integrations. Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of experience in software engineering or applied AI.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java for microservices.
  • Experience with orchestration tools such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, event-driven systems, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in AI technologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Embrace emerging technologies and digital tools to enhance collaboration, streamline workflows, and improve service delivery.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and adaptability in a hybrid work environment.
  • Lead with insight and analytical rigor.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of AI agents, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
  • Serve as a hands-on developer while guiding 1-2 Managers.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value agent use cases.
  • Establish reusable frameworks and best practices across AI engineering projects.

  • The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $144,000 to $329,100.
  • The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $172,800 to $374,000.
  • Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
  • In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
