The Senior Manager, ADA Credentialing Policy and Delegated Services will play a pivotal role in overseeing the American Dental Association's (ADA) existing Credentialing Service powered by CAQH, while also launching a new business initiative to support delegated credentialing for multi-site group practices. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of credentialing services and the ability to manage and enhance these services through collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Manager will work closely with an interdivisional team that includes members from Information Technology, Communications, Government Affairs, Membership Data Center, and Product Development, as well as external vendors, group practices, payers, and other third parties. The goal is to maintain and update the credentialing service to ensure an optimal user experience for both dentists and payers. In this role, the Senior Manager will be responsible for relationship management with CAQH and other credentialing solution vendors, as well as with dentists and private dental benefit plans and their provider network administrators. A key aspect of the position involves identifying issues based on feedback from dentists and payers and guiding the development of effective solutions to address these challenges. The success of this role is heavily dependent on the adoption and continued use of the ADA's credentialing services by both dentists and payers, making it essential for the Senior Manager to foster strong relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction among all stakeholders.
