About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Manager to join the Ad Ranking Team in Monetization. In this role, you will support a group of elite machine learning engineers and scientists to advance ML modeling and capabilities, build and improve advertising products, and help our partners achieve their business goals on the Snap platform. You will be responsible for building robust, lasting, and scalable products, evaluating technical tradeoffs, supporting team growth, and fostering a positive team culture. Additionally, you will build strong partnerships with key stakeholders and leadership.
