This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-visibility team within the largest company in the world. Walmart Connect is looking for a Partner Development Team Lead to drive strategy, growth, and adoption of our Advertising API offerings for our fast growing partners .The Campaign Management Lead will manage a team of Partner Development Managers focused on one of our high growth segments. These Partner Development Managers (PDMs) each manage a book of business consisting of high impact partners with a goal of amplifying revenue and driving new business. This role will help drive strategy and initiatives to enable PDMs to accelerate growth within their segment. As a manager, they will be responsible for helping to unblock their team as well as to help their associates grow and develop professionally. They will work cross-functionally to identify products and opportunities that will help WMC scale and acquire net-new customers through our Technology Provider Partner program.
