As a Sr. Action Line Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving company success through performing tasks to the highest standards. This includes partnering with sales management staff and senior sales leadership, as well as contracted vendors, to integrate all sales philosophies, strategies, and techniques into the sales process to improve Net Owner Growth. You will lead in mentoring and training sales team members to improve their overall sales performance, utilizing methods such as one-on-one counseling, classroom modules, ride-alongs, role-playing, and providing study materials (written, video, and audio tools). The role also involves facilitating the use of groundbreaking training systems and methods to optimize sales efficiencies and exceed targeted net sales volume each quarter. You will promote and support all aspects of the branded company culture, including core values, compliance, and professional excellence. Responsibilities also include managing the sales line through basic management processes like leadership tasking, floor governance, and one-on-one mentorship and counseling, as well as planning and facilitating morning meetings for Sales Executives, Sales Leaders, and managers. A key focus is on improving business results, enhancing the customer experience, increasing efficiencies, and growing cash down payment at the point of sale.
