Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is mandatory.
6-8 years of proven accounting experience.
2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
Working knowledge of finance law and GAAP standards.

Nice To Haves

Healthcare accounting background highly preferred.
Proven experience managing audits.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all accounting operations functions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Lead external audit processes by coordinating between auditors and internal stakeholders.
Stay updated on changes in accounting standards to ensure compliance with GAAP.
Manage the accumulation and consolidation of financial data for accurate business results.
Identify opportunities for improvements in financial processes and reporting.
Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff to build a high-performance team.
Provide leadership with vital information for decision-making and process enhancements.
Act as an advisor to identify opportunities, trends, risks, and financial insights.
