Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company Join our dynamic Accounting team as a Sr. Manager, Accounting Transformation , where you will play a pivotal role in driving large-scale process improvements and system implementations. This is a unique opportunity to lead our implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP that will shape the future of BILL’s financial operations. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, influence strategy, and empower your team to deliver results that support BILL’s ambitious growth and innovation goals.

Requirements

  • 7+ Proven experience leading large-scale accounting transformation or ERP implementation projects, specifically Oracle Fusion, in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial systems, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and change management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams without having direct authority over those team members.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the program manager for the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, owning scope, timeline, budget, risks, and delivery outcomes across all finance and accounting workstreams.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day counterpart to the external Oracle implementation partner.
  • In collaboration with our external implementation partner, establish and maintain the integrated program plan, including milestones for design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Lead governance routines (steering committees, design reviews, status reporting), ensuring executive visibility and timely decision-making.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics to measure project success and inform future transformation strategies.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership, providing clear, data-driven insights and recommendations.
