The Account Management Team is responsible for retaining and growing our fast-growing customer base, consisting of mid to high value returning customers, as well as self-sign on event creators. The Account Management Team’s main focus is to retain best-fit customers through contract renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and maximize value from a book of customer opportunities. You will manage a team of Account Managers and will be responsible for delivering success for the team as a whole. You will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring high retention of clients and developing action plans where necessary. You will be responsible for reporting on the success and challenges of your team and the clients they work with. You will work closely with sales acquisition leaders to ensure there is strong communication between Acquisition and Returning teams to optimize revenue for the North America region as a whole. You will also manage the individual performance of the Account Managers to help grow their skill sets. By coaching on procedure, technique, and pipeline management, you will ensure career progression and job satisfaction for your team of Britelings.
