We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and strategic Senior Manager, Account Based Marketing to join NinjaOne’s Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing high-impact account-based marketing (ABM) programs that accelerate pipeline growth and strengthen engagement with key target accounts. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Orchestration, you’ll lead a global team of 5–7 ABM professionals and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Marketing to design campaigns that align tightly with NinjaOne’s go-to-market priorities. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on building scalable ABM strategies, cultivating deep alignment with sales partners, and mentoring a high-performing global team. Location - Austin, TX or Tampa FL or Remote - Preference/priority will be given to candidates able to work in office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday plus additional days as required.
