About The Position

Senior Manager II, Field Marketing Sodexo Corporate Services | Remote (Northeast Region) Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a Senior Manager II, Field Marketing to play a critical role in elevating our food and workplace experiences across key corporate accounts. This is a remote-based position with approximately 80% local day travel throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut , plus occasional regional travel by plane or train. Requirements

  • Proven experience in field marketing, brand marketing, or foodservice/hospitality marketing
  • Strong creative skills with an eye for brand, design, and guest experience
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, field-based environment
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, POS/mobile apps, and data analytics
  • Ability to translate insights into action and influence without direct authority
  • Willingness to travel locally up to 80%, with occasional regional travel
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years

Responsibilities

  • Lead brand deployment across assigned accounts, ensuring consistency with Sodexo’s food and brand standards
  • Become a subject matter expert in Modern Recipe and Kitchen Works marketing initiatives
  • Support café, catering, and brand refreshes to elevate the overall guest experience
  • Provide hands-on creative support, including food photography, graphic design, signage, and interior design concepts
  • Own execution and communication of Limited Time Offers (LTOs) , ensuring flawless rollout in the field
  • Develop and publish a standardized regional marketing calendar that teams can easily execute
  • Train managers on Printable Plus for signage creation and in-store marketing
  • Educate teams on how to effectively use digital marketing platforms to drive engagement and sales
  • Support new site openings , serving as an active member of the opening marketing team
  • Lead catering refresh initiatives, including CaterTrax menuing and promotions
  • Drive adoption and marketing of the Everyday App (POS and mobile ordering platform)
  • Leverage 4site and Power BI dashboards to analyze performance, identify sales gaps, and uncover growth opportunities
  • Partner with managers to translate data insights into actionable strategies that drive revenue
  • Meet monthly with District Managers (DMs) and NCEs to prioritize sites needing marketing support
  • Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to operations teams, balancing strategy with hands-on execution
