About The Position
The Santa Clara County Housing Authority is looking for a Senior Management Analyst who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution. This position will provide high-level analytical and coordination support to the Executive Team to advance Agency priorities, strengthen data-driven decision making, and improve organizational performance. Requirements
- A combination of suitable education and experience such as:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in Business Administration, Public Administration or a closely related field
- Experience: At least 5 years of increasingly responsible professional experience in administrative, management, budgetary or financial analysis, human resources, or 3 years equivalent to that of a Management Analyst at the Agency. Two (2) years of professional experience should be at the project, lead and/or direct supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of organizational and management practices as applied to the analysis, evaluation, development and implementation of programs, policies and procedures
- Develop goals, objectives, policies, procedures and work standards for assigned programs
- Ability to effectively represent the Agency in meetings with governmental agencies, community groups and various businesses, professional and regulatory organizations, and in meetings with individuals
- Skilled in evaluating and preparing recommendations for changes to policies and procedures through understanding the organization and operation of the Agency
- Strategic project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Highly effective oral and written communication
