Position Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Vice President and Executive Director of Development, the Senior Major Gift Officer (SMGO) is responsible for the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major donors. The SMGO will qualify a portfolio of approximately 100 –150 prospects with the capacity to make gifts of $10,000 or more, with the expectation of securing transformational six and seven-figure commitments that will drive campaign success. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 5 years of progressive fundraising experience including demonstrated success in securing major gifts ($10K+ )

CFRE considered but not required
