We offer an Alive Workplace (Supportive, Positive and Fun) and careers that challenge, energize, and reward employees. Consider joining us! As a Senior Maintenance Worker you will provide maintenance and repair services for multiple residential homes. You will provide or arrange for lawn care and snow removal, purchase tools, supplies, parts and small equipment and provide or perform seasonal maintenance; includes removing storm windows, clearing rain gutters, check and replace furnace/air conditioner/air exchanger filters, clean air vents, maintain sump pump, smoke detectors and other household equipment. You will maintain and service program vehicles, make arrangements for outside maintenance and repairs when appropriate, obtain bids for capital improvements to program properties and complete necessary documentation such as maintenance checklists, mileage reimbursement, work orders, purchases/receipts, purchase card review and other forms as needed. All tasks will be completed with an appreciation that properties are home to people with disabilities.
