Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform advanced maintenance tasks including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general carpentry Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues to ensure timely and accurate resolution Complete service requests in a timely manner and update work orders in the property management system Assist with unit turns to ensure readiness and minimize vacancy loss Support preventive maintenance programs and property inspections Assist in maintaining inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies Follow all safety procedures and company policies, including OSHA and Pegasus maintenance standards Support emergency maintenance response, including participation in on-call rotation Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Assist the Service Manager with prioritization of work orders and daily maintenance operations as needed Qualifications: Minimum of 3–5 years of multifamily maintenance experience Demonstrated experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair EPA Certification required (Universal preferred) Additional certifications (CPO, HVAC, or trade certifications) preferred Ability to diagnose and complete advanced repairs with limited supervision Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple service requests efficiently Basic computer skills for work order management systems
